Opt to Give Up Smoking

The real problem is the decision process. That’s right, it is a process. It's not a straightforward decision. It is a decision that you want to change your state and your behaviour. You must replace, something you have enjoyed doing it, with unconditional nothing.
The process for changing into a smoker is the same. In each case the point is the same, you would like to make a habit of a particular state, that you enjoy being. That's the main reason why some people eat madly, when they give up. They miss the behaviour, the commonplace routine. Maybe you were never in the situation to grasp how powerful a habit can be. The mundane repetition of the same process creates a really strong link in your cortex and your whole being. Hence the right way to stop this behavior? The correct way to choose to give up smoking?
As I already said in pretty much every post that I write, the choice is a process. I quit after 1, 5 years of making an attempt to give up. What occurred in that period? Well, first off I queried myself, and my habit, with all kinds of questions, and at the end I satisfied myself that smoking is a really forceful habit, more emotional than physical, and I don't need a cigarette any more to control my state. I'll do that without a cig.
Let me ask you something, is it really so necessary to breathe something bad, solely to control your state? Here are some questions and tips that can help you understand your habit more. The key to deciding is to have some understanding of your habit and yourself.
Every time you light a fag, ask yourself why did you do that? Was it necessary? How do you feel? For example, if you were concerned, after smoking that gasper did you gather strength to resolve some problem? When you're relaxing, notice what’s relaxing you, is it smoking, or the thought that you should relax? Question yourself with as much question as you can, and you’ll find the solution.
